IP Impala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
SnapIT SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapIT SaaS from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
IP Impala / SnapIT SaaS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@snapitsaas.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and SnapIT SaaS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of IP Impala shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and SnapIT SaaS agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.
30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@snapitsaas.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
